Featuring... Printed Cardigans!

Sometimes I don't feel brave enough with print. It took me a very long time to feel okay with leopard print. I own leopard print now, but only in the form of small accessories like shoes. I recently saw a printed cardigan exactly like this at H&M but was too afraid of wearing such a bold print. I think the cardigan looks fine here, but I wouldn't really know what else to wear it with?
Featuring... Printed Cardigan

Is this too much leopard print at once? Too flashy? Too old lady?

  6. Love the cardigan, but I would personally leave it open with a shirt underneath so it's not too much!

    1. I think that's a great way to do it too. A white, blouse or something? Thanks for the idea!

  7. i got a sheer top with cheetah print on it a couple of years ago..i also felt it was too much at first but then it grew on me..i wear it occasionally even now but now it has become a college wear thing..initially it was special occasion.don't go for it if you have even a bit of doubt you know..animal prints are tricky to carry off.

  8. I wouldn't say old lady - but yes I think it is a more sophisticated look that might make someone look older but not "old lady".

  11. I am not a huge pattern person so I get what you're going through, it's hard to wear them at first. I like it with the skirt. I'd probably wear it with jeans too and if you have brightly colored pants it could work with some of them.

Thanks for your comment on my blog. Sorry it took so long for me to visit. :)

    1. I would never think to do prints with brightly colored pants! I'm not sure if I'd know how to do that...

  14. I love leopard and think that you would look just perfect in a little leopard. Why not try a scarf with a solid sweater or cardigan and see if you like it that way. Then you can move into a printed cardi. :-)
