Guys, I've been really scared to do anything like this. And I've been scared for a long time.
When I started this blog, I could have said that I'd give up soda. Or candy. Or exercise three times a week. But I didn't.
Last year in October, I could have made my struggle with food more public on my blog. But I didn't.
It's a shame, because it's not even that big of a deal. (But I always make a huge deal of signing up for new accounts.) But you guys give me courage. I've realized how much motivation I can get from others... that's the point of this post. You know that really cool app I shared a while back? My Fitness Pal? Part of this app is to log your calories and your exercise. The other part that I didn't mention in my original review is a network of support.
I would absolutely love it if you guys could join my network of support. My username is (unsurprisingly) seven_percent.

I have used this app in the past but I didn't stick to it - it was hard trying to log all the different foods in :) But good on you for doing it

I think I just got used to doing it. And I don't stress about making sure that everything is exact.
DeleteI used to be on MyFitnessPal but then got tired of keeping it up and getting obsessive about watching my weight fluctuate all over the place. Although, I do need to start picking up the exercise routine again
ReplyDeletelove the motivational quote...I needed to hear this. Working out last week was pretty hard for me but I'm trying to keep up with it this week.

I have this app but I've stopped using it for a little bit -I'll start again maybe in a week or so! Also, I have actually been on a 'diet' for the past 2 weeks and I've been excercising nearly every single day... it's a great feeling of satisfaction!
ReplyDeleteSuch a great idea!
