Neutrogena Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes Review

I've been looking for some Makeup Remover Wipes lately and the Neutrogena ones came highly recommended. Prior to this, I had only tried the ELF make up removing wipes. While I loved the packaging on those, they were not highly effective in removing my makeup. These work so much better.

Though there's kind of an old lady smell to these wipes, but I can't deny that they work well. They don't sting... but they do take off all kinds of eyeliner, eye shadow and mascara. I would definitely repurchase these, considering their price and how easy and convenient they are to use.

PS. In all the Google Reader crazyness, you can follow my blog with Bloglovin.

Do you use makeup removing wipes? What brand?

  1. I didn't like the Neutrogena wipes, for some reason I felt a residue on my skin after. I LOVE the Oil of Olay sensitive skin wipes, they always remove everything and my skin feels clean after.

  3. I love these, they get all my makeup off so easily! Neutrogena also makes a 'calming' variety which smells like lavender (which I prefer to the original scent), and works just as well.

  6. I have never tried makeup remover towelettes before but I bet they are great for traveling. Neutrogena Naturals Make Up Remover Face Wash works really well for me.

  7. I have been using Beauty without Cruelty eye makeup remover but it doesn't come in wipes. Having it in a wipe form seems really convenient though. I like how gentle the cotton balls I use feel but I'm not sure how it would compare to the feel of the cloth.

That's too bad about the old lady smell. At least they work well for you!

  15. Hey there! I decided to stop by after you stopped by on my blog. Definitely following you now. :D

I normally just wash my face with Dove soap after a day of wearing makeup. It makes my skin feel super soft and I know it won't make me break out. But these wipes seem like they could work.

    Always,

  26. Nice! I actually don't use any makeup wipes, but am wondering if I should...

  27. I don't usually use wipes for removing makeup, maybe in cases when I am in a hurry or something, I think normal cleansing stuff is better..

  28. Ive never tried these! I usually use a cleanser and wash my face and if there's any mascara left ill give it a wipe with baby wipes ahah. Definitely might invest in a pack of these for lazy days though xxx

  29. I'm using this too. I tend to use the wipes before using a cleanser. I find that just using a cleanser does not entirely remove the makeup on my face.
